Job summary

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program, hire and manage team members, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

This role requires flexible availability including opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and the ability to relocate within 50 miles from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store. Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
