Job summary

You will recruit, train, and lead associates while ensuring compliance and delivering strong customer service. The role emphasizes high-energy teamwork, with opportunities to drive store performance and profit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent activity as described.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
