URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. FP Movement is opening a new Rogers, AR location. The Assistant Store Manager supports selling, service and operations to create an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness and happiness.

You will lead a team, develop talent, and collaborate with leadership to deliver engaging in-store events and partnerships while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to FP Movement standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused service and styling to drive store metrics.
• Support Store Manager with staff recruiting, onboarding and development.
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and visual standards.
• Collaborate on event programming and partnerships with fitness partners.
• Ensure omni-channel order processing and brand experience.
