Free People Movement in Rogers, AR is expanding and seeking a Store Manager to lead the new FP Movement location. You will drive a compelling in-store experience, lead a passionate team, and connect with the local fitness community.

You will own hiring, training, payroll, merchandising, and event programming while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP Movement team as a brand ambassador and create an engaging in-store experience.
• Train the team to transact in the moment for seamless Omni-channel sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Plan and execute events reflecting local interests to drive engagement and sales.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and performance feedback to build a strong team.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll; ensure visual standards and partner with Home Office on displays.
• Analyze product placement and stock levels to optimize opportunities and community outreach.
