Job summary

FP Movement in Rogers, AR is seeking a Store Manager to lead a new location and drive sales through an Omni-channel retail approach. You will create an engaging customer experience, shape store culture around fitness and wellness, and mentor the team to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires strong leadership, talent development, and a customer-first mindset. This position is on-site and part of URBN’s store leadership network, with a focus on local community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and local fitness community.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and its impact on the business.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP Movement team as a brand ambassador that embodies company values and creates an engaging in-store experience.
• Advocate for technology usage and train the team to transact in the moment for an Omni-channel retail experience.
• Cultivate customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with store team and Home Office on events to drive engagement and reflect local customer interests.
• Oversee staff scheduling and payroll management.
• Translate visual directions into store merchandising and outfitting that supports sales.
