Job summary

FP Movement is expanding with a new Rogers store and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales, service, and daily operations. This role partners with the Store Manager to implement engaging visual experiences and events that resonate with local fitness enthusiasts.

You will oversee customer service, team development, and in-store events, while ensuring store processes, scheduling, and payroll align with company standards and goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years store leadership experience.
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling to drive store metrics and goals.
• Acts as a manager-on-duty, driving engagement across zones and fostering a collaborative selling environment.
• Supports recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build a strong brand and store connection.
• Delivers effective store operations, scheduling, payroll, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
