Panda Express is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a single location, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, coach and direct team members, ensure safety standards, and execute a leadership training program designed to prepare you for ongoing store excellence.

Eligible candidates will complete an 8+ week leadership training and join a supportive Panda community focused on professional development and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
