7-Eleven in SHIVELY, KY is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our Store Leader team. You will work with supervisors to develop leadership skills, oversee daily store operations, and drive customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain experience managing merchandising, promotions, and store performance while learning through our leadership training track. This full-time role emphasizes growth within store leadership and operational mastery.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store staff.
• Experience in retail management and leadership development.
• Proficiency with store operations, P&L, and store reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent retail management experience).

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports to drive improvements and manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Lead a management team as part of the Store Leader Trainee pathway.
