7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in our Dallas, TX area locations. The role focuses on driving profitability, supervising staff, and delivering outstanding customer service through effective merchandising and leadership.

The Store Leader will develop the team, optimize store performance, and execute training programs to promote from within. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Formación

• Leadership and customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach and develop store staff and drive profitability.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to inform decisions.
• Proven ability to oversee merchandising programs and promotions.
