Qualifications

• Oversee and lead store-level customer service and training.
• Focus on retaining qualified staff and developing leaders.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs across the store.

Responsibilities

• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure in-stock products.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and speech.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel; strong computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail management exp acceptable.
• Hold a valid state driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
