7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our Mason, TX store leadership team. You will work with an Assistant to drive merchandising and marketing initiatives, enhance profitability, and develop the skills of the store crew while ensuring customers are well serviced.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on retaining staff by developing leaders, empowering employees, and driving productivity.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports and P&L data to drive changes and profitability.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions while promoting rewards programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure in-stock products.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
