7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Louisville to join our management team. You will develop skills to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and coach store staff while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes promoting from within, training, and advancing through our leadership program. A valid driver’s license and strong team leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail supervisory or leadership experience helpful.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of merchandising and promotions.
• Lead and develop store team, coaching on performance and guest services.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and store reporting in line with company policies.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards.
