7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager Trainee in Kentucky to lead a store under the Store Leader model. You will partner with a leadership team to deliver excellent customer service, drive merchandising initiatives, and manage daily operations.

The role emphasizes mentoring team members, training new staff, and promoting from within. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior supervisory retail experience.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use store reports to drive positive changes.
• Must manage cash handling and fuel transactions while promoting loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation at all times.
• Execute merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain in-stock conditions across departments.
