The role requires oversight of merchandising, promotions, and staff development to maintain high standards. You will manage daily operations, monitor POS and reports, ensure safety and cleanliness, and promote a customer-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and lead store employees, ensuring effective customer service.
• Develop leaders and focus on high retention and employee development.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Use P&L and store reports to inform decisions and actions.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure stock availability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store software; valid driver’s license required.
