Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Mentor, OH to lead daily store operations and drive profitability. You’ll supervise and coach a team, oversee merchandising, and ensure outstanding customer service across all shifts.

You will manage P&L, cash handling, and loyalty programs while promoting a safe, clean shopping environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with opportunity for advancement within the company’s leadership track.
