Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leader in Foley, AL to guide and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes teaching, feedback, and effective communication across all levels of store operations.

The position requires supervisory experience and either some college or equivalent work experience. Benefits include health, retirement plans, paid time off and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching training and listening to associates; provide feedback and communicate store objectives.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer service excellence and adherence to company policies; promote a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.
