Responsibilities

• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure high quality customer experience and resolve customer needs and issues.
• Promote a culture of belonging and supervise associates with clear expectations and recognition.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous improvement.
