Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead in Hamilton, OH to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach the team, oversee opening/closing duties, and ensure a premier customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your leadership will foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture, using store metrics to inform decisions and deliver on business plans while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong judgement and pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology systems including POS and MS Office.
