Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead who partners with the Store Manager to coach the team, drive sales performance, and uphold operational excellence when on duty. The role involves opening/closing duties and managing a store keys capacity.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail or sales, strong leadership, and a focus on inclusive, customer-centric service. Dynamic environment with opportunities to lead across shifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
