Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through training, coaching, and feedback; tours stores and provides guidance on store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures merchandising and inventory flow support sales targets.
• Manages customer service initiatives and implements company standards to deliver a high-quality customer experience, including community outreach and open-door policy.
• Coordinates and supervises hourly associates, hiring, training, assigning duties, and recognizing performance to promote belonging and growth.
