Murphy USA in Lewisville, TX seeks a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced retail operation. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience while managing store performance and a team of retail professionals.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, oversee inventory, promotions, and expense controls, and ensure safety and standards are met. This role offers growth and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1 year of continuous store or retail management experience.
• 2 years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us and coach and mentor them to success.
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales, promotions, inventory and scheduling.
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and achieve store-level and district goals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stocking, cleaning, operating the cash register, and other duties as needed.
