Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent store/retail management experience.
• 1 year store/retail management experience.
• 2 years assistant store manager or supervisor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us.
• Maintain operational excellence; manage expenses, sales growth, and inventory.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and reach store and district goals.
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform duties as needed.
