• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a demonstrated track record of building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of store operations and staffing needs.

• Strong eye for brand aesthetics and professional standards.
• Expert scheduling skills to balance associate availability with peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and proper shutdown of daily activities.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, educating candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Supports training effectiveness by coaching team members, gathering feedback, and reinforcing expectations.
• Leads full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with mission and values.
• Conducts professional interviews and develops standardized evaluation tools.
• Serves as the liaison between hiring leaders and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions and communication.
• Manages scheduling to ensure right talent at the right time for peak performance.
• Onboards and trains team members through company programs focusing on skills, guest experience, product knowledge, and excellence.
