Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer for site reports, inventory, cash control and reporting.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and up to standard.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separation.
