Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Knoxville to lead a sales-driven team focused on outstanding customer service. You will train staff, manage daily store operations, and drive profitability while ensuring the customer experience remains top-notch.

You will coach, motivate, and collaborate with staff and partners, maintaining brand standards and executing store initiatives. The role requires flexibility for weekends and events, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to close the store at least once per week and work a minimum of four weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in (specialty) retail management.

Responsibilities

• Provide and train staff on exemplary selling and customer service standards.
• Improve store productivity and profitability while delivering the best customer experience.
• Lead and develop a team, build relationships with customers, store, corporate and vendor partners.
• Act as a strong visual merchandiser and translate the brand locally.
• Utilize POS systems and technology to manage store operations and sales metrics.
• Lead in-store events and services with the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and daily tasks.
