Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Michigan to lead a team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will train staff on best practices, manage inventory and daily operations, and execute the company’s Business Insight Cycle to improve profitability.

You will serve as a role model for brand execution, collaborate with department leadership, and engage with the local community through events and services while maintaining high standards of customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of prior retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to close the store at least once per week and work at least four weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
