Job summary

You will need to have 2-3 years of retail sales or management experience and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous retail sales experience or management experience in a customer service related field.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers.
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed while prioritizing the customer experience.
