Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will support the store leadership team in achieving sales targets, coach team members, and ensure top-notch customer experiences.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 15–29 hours per week. You will help manage store operations, participate in payroll and budget controls, and contribute to visual merchandising and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or sales leadership experience.
• Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time schedule 15–29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team in achieving the store sales plan and performance targets in addition to your own personal sales goals
• Support managing expense budgets, payroll control and procedural compliance for the store
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
• Take on management responsibilities when acting as the manager on duty, which includes coaching and training team members
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
