Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in our Texas location. You will supervise staff, uphold brand standards, and maintain a welcoming, well-organized shopping environment.

Partner with the Store Manager to schedule, train, and motivate team members, address customer issues, and execute company directives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline up to verbal and written warnings.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Encourage store associates’ compliance with company policies and safeguard assets.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
