Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent preferred
• Solid understanding of store operations required
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems
• Ability to lead and direct others
• Must meet minimum age requirements
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Accredited by NRF or similar as a Certified Food Safety Manager or achieve accreditation within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Maximize resources (physical, human, and financial) to meet financial objectives and grow sales
• Lead implementation of store and corporate initiatives through planning and delegation
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, company policies, and standard practices
• Apply industry knowledge to improve competitive position
• Provide leadership to promote the guiding principles, core values, vision, and strategy
• Maintain safe, secure, and pleasant environment for customers and associates
• Control store funds and assets and protect company assets
• Recruit, develop and evaluate associates to meet business objectives
• Complete CBT, training packets, and training aid courses
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
