Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Roanoke, VA seeks a Store Manager to lead the location, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and operations across salesfloor and stockroom while ensuring a premier customer experience in line with brand presentation standards.

You’ll recruit and coach managers and associates, manage payroll, inventory, and omni-channel activities, and protect store assets. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations including staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays adhere to brand direction and standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop management and non-management associates.
• Oversee inventory, stockroom, and OMNI Channel operations.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and oversee maintenance.
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS systems.
