Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well-maintained.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Manage store files, reports and merchandising to meet standards.
• Budget and forecast P&L and monitor margins.
