Job summary

Circle K in Frisco, Texas is seeking a customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent service. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, manage inventory, and uphold company standards to maintain a safe, clean site.

You will analyze daily sales and expenses, forecast needs, and collaborate with suppliers and corporate to optimize margin and store performance. Equal opportunity employer; ADA accommodations available on request.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and manage listed functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral/written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized, and compliant.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling and separations.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Establish timely communication with all site staff and Market Manager.
• Create action plans to meet objectives and organize site files/manuals.
• Supervise reports, stock, display, pricing and compliance.
• Ensure proper employment posters/signs are visible to all employees.
• Analyze daily sales/expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast P&L.
• Safeguard money and perform financial analyses as needed.
