Job summary

Circle K in Irving, TX seeks a results-driven Retail Site Manager to lead daily operations, support retail sales, and supervise staff at the Texas location. You will ensure excellent customer service, organize tasks, and maintain store standards in line with company guidelines.

You will recruit, train and coach employees, monitor safety, analyze sales data, manage schedules, and coordinate with suppliers to keep the site well-stocked and compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and compliant.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees per company guidelines to maximize service.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Organize files, reports and store postings; supervise merchandising and pricing.
