Holy Ship LLC in central Texas is seeking a Store Manager who will own the business and build a culture where teams flourish, customers are delighted, and operations run with excellence.

You’ll lead people, manage systems, study the numbers, and make decisions that directly impact results, with profit sharing as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ consecutive years of retail or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record in improving store performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings focused on development and accountability.
• Invest 10-15 hours per week in hands-on training and coaching.
• Lead difficult conversations with honesty and care.
• Create team rhythms that reinforce culture, engagement, and growth.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, and customer experience.
• Review monthly P&L and use data to guide decisions and priorities.
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings and drive continuous improvement.
