RaceTrac in the United States is seeking a General Manager who will lead a fast-paced store, manage up to 45 colleagues, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop the team, monitor sales and labor, uphold safety standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of labor laws and staffing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-obsessed culture, ensuring every guest interaction is exceptional.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, preparing them for growth opportunities.
