You will also become a trained piercing specialist, guiding customers through piercings and aftercare with a focus on safety and quality. Demonstrated leadership and a passion for fashion are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong verbal and written communication and selling skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Comfort with handling inventory, cash, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through targeted promotions and store initiatives.
• Create memorable shopping experiences and foster inclusivity.
• Provide piercing services training and guidance to customers.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team to achieve targets and development.
