Claire’s is seeking an energetic retail associate with a passion for fashion and customer service. You will drive sales, assist with in-store promotions, and maintain a positive environment for customers and teammates.

Responsibilities include operating POS, maintaining displays, and supporting piercing services where applicable. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy for customers during piercings and service.
• Proficient with POS systems for transactions and sales.
• Some high school completed; retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• Strong math for inventory, pricing, and cash handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-focused, energetic, and able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct piercings with proper safety and aftercare guidance.
• Maintain attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and tips.
• Represent the brand and stay current on fashion trends.
• Oversee daily store operations: cash handling, merchandising.
• Encourage customers to share purchases on social media.
