You may train as a piercing specialist and ensure a welcoming, fashion-forward store presence. With a focus on leadership, inventory accuracy, and promotions execution, you will guide staff to achieve targets while upholding Claire's playful, inclusive brand voice

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Proficient with POS systems.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift up to 75 lbs/11–35 kg.
• Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Passion for fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store targets through product knowledge and promotions.
• Create memorable shopping experiences reflecting Claire's values.
• Lead piercing services training and maintain sterile practices.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Recruit, train, and develop store team for performance and growth.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and up-to-date fashion insights.
