Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time manager to lead store performance and deliver high-energy customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll own sales results, upsell accessories, supervise team activities, and help maintain engaging visuals and inventory flow.

You’ll train with piercing specialists, uphold sterile procedures, and represent the Claire’s brand with enthusiasm while supporting store operations and social media-ready displays.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Able to stand during shifts and maneuver 11–35kg (25–75lbs).
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and store operations.
• Capable of performing piercings and maintaining patient/customer care in a fast-paced environment.
