Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and drive front-end and pharmacy operations. You will support the Store Manager, oversee scheduling, and ensure merchandising and asset protection align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens internship or high school diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, ethics, self-motivation and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to meet company deliverables.
