Job summary

Walgreens Co. Texas location is seeking a seasoned Store Operations leader to supervise customer service associates and front-end operations while supporting Pharmacy and Retail Store performance.

You will lead recruitment, training, and performance management, ensure compliance with policies, and partner with Store Manager to improve customer experience, sales, and profitability across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership abilities and business acumen.
• Willingness to complete Walgreens leadership training.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end operations.
• Leads store team, including recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline.
• Ensures store assets protection and drives sales/profitability.
• Collaborates with Store Manager on planning and execution; supports community outreach.
