Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a proactive Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, while supporting the Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.

You will lead recruitment, performance management, and discipline, ensuring strong customer experiences and sales profitability. You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize schedules, analyze financial data, and implement improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a Walgreens internship or two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, ethics, motivation, and communication skills.
• English fluency required; ability to work flexible schedule.
• Willingness to relocate/promote to Store Manager if offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to achieve deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager with overall store operation and scheduling.
• Leads recruitment, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Monitors customer experience and coaches staff to improve service metrics.
• Analyzes financial data and drives store improvements with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with policies and local, state, and federal laws.
