Job summary

The role requires effective communication, people management, and retail experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus in some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; ensure staffing levels.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Open/close store as part of weekly requirements and manage schedules.
