Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager in Norman, OK to lead all store operations and staff. You will oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, and pricing, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with policies.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate employees, manage opening/closing and cash procedures, and monitor sales trends to optimize profitability. A strong leader with retail experience is preferred.
