Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams while maintaining compliance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Train employees, conduct evaluations and address performance gaps.
• Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed as required.
• Monitor sales, inventory, shrink, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Ensure merchandise is presented correctly and pricing/signage is accurate.
• Maintain inventory levels and cashier accountability.
