• Own recruitment, onboarding, and onboarding processes to build strong teams
• Develop and motivate team members through structured development plans and feedback
• Champion a guest-first mindset and build relationships within the local community
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and uphold brand standards
• Plan shifts to optimize store traffic, seasonality and events within budget
• Drive store EBITDA and achieve KPI targets through initiatives
