Joe & the Juice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring top performance and guest satisfaction. You will oversee compliance with policies, hygiene, and safety while guiding a team toward excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in alignment with the company Manifest and operational principles.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a positive and high-performing store culture.
• Coach and train staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and build strong relationships within the local community.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and brand standards in line with company guidelines.
• Assist in stock handling and inventory optimization to control COGS.
