Joe & the Juice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring top performance in all areas. You will oversee compliance, guest experiences, and staff development to deliver best-in-class service.

Your role requires leading the team when the Store Manager is unavailable, maintaining safe environments, and driving KPIs while creating lasting guest relationships in a fast-paced, music-filled environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management.
