Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE in Miami is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will ensure guest experiences meet brand standards, manage costs, and uphold safety and hygiene policies.

The role requires at least 3 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, with a focus on coaching, engagement, and EBITDA achievement while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven ability to develop teams, drive performance, and foster engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard store staff to meet operational needs.
• Drive guest loyalty and satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop optimal shift plans and manage budgets to achieve store EBITDA targets.
• Own inventory management and stock control to minimize waste.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
